Just heard abuot this on CNN news this a..m. (sorry, don't have a link to it yet) ..

The results of a new major study invovling weight and women in the U.S. conducted by Harvard medical school has been released ..  It tracked the health of women and their weight up to the age of 70 ..  The basic findings are that (no surprise) an increase in weight at any time between 18-50 corresponded with the formation of health problems     ..   However, becoming overweight during that age period apparently also increased the likelihood that some health problems would appear @ 70, even if they didn't earlier, if I understood the news article correctly  ..  If excess weight  is lost during that period, it apparently helped minimize health problems that arose later, but did not totally avoid them ..  Bottom line, the expert on the news show concluded, was to try to not experience weight gain at all before 50 ..

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "

HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )

Well, that was a no brainer for the "major study".  What about the men?  Sorry, but I suppose there would be no need for a man, as long as they have money it does not matter what they look like.  BAAWWWW HAWWWWWW
