Noisy bowels, eruptive episodes

So, had surgery on Monday. Overall feeling great. I do have tons of tummy noise and little bouts of diarrhea (sorry to be gross -- but it is basically the chocolate protein drinks and pudding in original form. I am taking a prilosec each day. What else do you take to settle the bowels?

Immodium Liquid, you can get it at Walgreen or a large grocery store.

Seems as though half the folks are constipated and the other half have diarrhea. ;o)

I am 14 months out from bypass and the diarrhea is normal.  I had it starting on day 4 after surgery and it last a week and then went away on its own.
