10 mos. out (with pics!)

This Friday, I will undergo a 3 level spinal fusion. The weight loss did not help my back. My MRI's are actually worse than 100 pounds ago. Oh well. Please, keep me in your thoughts in prayers, if it's not too much to ask... I'm really nervous.

Anyway, here are the pics that make me smile.... (green 7/09; blue 5/10)

I count protein, fluid ounces, and my blessings everyday.

I'm sure you are not looking forward to surgery, but it is so so so much better to go in weighing 100 pounds less!! And you do look beautiful!!! It gives me hope for the future. Very best thoughts and wishes for a speedy recovery.
