I am on my egg day after gastric bypass surgery.  I had my first day of vitamins today and they were awful tasting.   I gagged down the first two and gave up.  Trying to find a vitamin that doesn't make me nauseous.  HELP please!!

i cannot eat eggs yet . Find chewable multi , and calcium chewable . D is very small you should be able to swallow thatB12 is dissolved  in you mouth there should be no problems. Take small sip of water between vits and you will be fine.

What brand are you using?  Try a different brand!

As far as caclium citrate goes, I like Upcal D.  It's a powder you put in any drink, and it has no taste at all.

Taste is everything to me, if it tastes bad I can't take them and I only do chewables, my favs are the berry flavor multi from Bariactric Advantage and my ultimate favorite is the calcium from Celebrate in hot cocoa flavor, Yummy.  I take BA sublingual B12 also, it tastes fine.  I tried many others and I agree they were gross.  But everyone has different tastes so you have to try them and see what you like.

The best tasting multi vitamin I found was the grape chewable from celebrate, and I tried lots of samples before I selected this one. It's not sweet or tart and has very mild flavor, which is what I find the easiest to tolerate.

They're medicine  and not candy.  Take 'em or suffer nutritional deficienies.

Came here to say this.  Find something that won't make you vomit, and suck it up.  I used Flintstones Complete chewables (comparable in nutritional value to the Centrum chewables) and they were ass-nasty, but didn't make me vomit.
