Magic Bullet

Anyone have any great websites/or recipes to use in the Magic Bullet post-surgery or pre-surgery protein drinks? I'm getting all my ducks in a row so I'm ready to rock this WLS, when I finally have the green-light. LOVE reading all the messages here - they motivate me but I know people will also kick butts when necessary. No whining allowed. : )

I am not sure what you mean by magic bullet recipes. I am javing surgery april 18 and I have bought j robb unflavored protein to put in my ice tea. Next to soda its my favorite drink. I have decaf tea. Hope this helps.

I had the magic bullet years ago. However, my favorite new kitchen toy is the Ninja Bullet... It is wonderful for everything, smoothies, puree, salsa, salads and real easy to clean
