These look like they'd make a great way to get some protein.  I can see using these brushed with pesto, low fat turkey pepperoni, hmmm.... possibilities....  a couple of these slices would make a nice lunch.

Oh, my---I've been on a tomato-and-basil kick lately, and these sound wonderful! Especially the ones with BACON!!!

I layered prosciutto, artichoke hearts, and roasted orange bells in there.  Yum to the Zuh.

Oh also, - a weird thing - folks are not used to seeing rolls of mozz, so you might want to put a little sign saying what they are, because if you do not know, it looks like uncooked dough, and honestly - the texture is kind of like uncooked dough, if you do not know that what you are putting in your mouth is mozza!
