return to work!
I'm puzzling this out too. I am going to pack everything the night before. I have some protein drinks in my office to go in the fridg on my return. I plan to have healthy snacks and food in a cooler every day.
I also realize I have to find a way to eat midmorning and midafternoon without disrupting my work with patients (can't eat in front of them it'd be disrespectful). However I can get away with drinking in front of them so it will probably be a protein drink in a mug. And then it's sipping all day between water, crystal light and nice teas.
