Milk and Roux En Y Gastric Bypass

I find that since my sugrey in 2008 i can not drink milk no ice cream and no gravys with milk in them .also most cheese..it is like dumpung syndrone for me i throw upand everything..getreally hot fasr heart beat and it has been going on the while time .i do buy almind milk if i do want cereal but like a few werks ago went had soup at resturant and it must hace had cream because i became sick it hapoens right away too withun 5 mins if i have anything with milk

I'm one of the lucky ones with milk and cheese and dairy products- I make my protein shakes with skim milk, and use it in my real coffee- don't mess with my coffee. I only dump on ice cream.

So I guess it depends on the individual what a person can or can't tolerate.
