i googled street strider.  On NBC Biggest Loser Shay had one when they first came out.  They have  a 3 speed, a 8 speed and a 1 speed. 

They are pretty expensive, price from 1300-over $2000.  YOu can also get the trainer stand for inside.

Mine is the ETX 3R and it is $BLEEP!!!!. It has a weight limit of 350lbs and 3 speeds The 8R is $BLEEP!!!! and can hold 400lbs and has 8 speeds. It has faster gears and lower gears to go up really steep hills They have one called the eclipse but it is only 1 speed and it has a weight limit of 250lbs and is meant for flat areas mostly. It is $BLEEP!!!!
