Can ur full signal change?

I have noticed over the past few days that my full signal has changed. I use to get that heavy sigh sound when breathing. Now all of a sudden I have began to belch and burp when I have had enough food. Has this happened to anyone else?

Burping, hiccuping, yawning, sighing... all of it.   

Mine changed.  Soon after surgery, my cue was a runny nose.  Now, I hiccup.
