Its coming down

Ok so now i only have to loss 6lbs. Geez it seems like its taking forever to lose the pre op weight. So days i just want to do something really bad like take diet pills to get the weight off...
I know I know its wrong... but i think its also alittle bit on the wrong side that there hanging WLS out in front of me and telling me who cant lose the weight in the first place that you need to loss 16lbs..................AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

OHHH HONEY I get it !!!!! I had to do 4 shakes a day only for SIX LONG INTERMINABLE WEEKS !!!!!
AND then i was worried my surgeon wouldn't do the surgery since i was too SKINNY lol ....
DONT take the PILLS

Don't know if they have you on a menu plan but I lost 12 # in 2 weeks preop by this plan:
B protein shake
S broth or sf jello
L protein shake
S broth or jello
D huge salad with a protein source...beef,chicken,seafood
S protein shake
all the broth,crystal light,sf jello and sf popsicles I could eat.
After using this plan a couple of weeks run to the surgeons office to weigh in. if you aren't down 16# do it another week and then weigh. as soon as you are down 16# and it is recorded you are good to go.
