Eggface is the greatest weight loss surgery friendly cook out there. When I really need a pancake though I go to IHOP and get one of their whole grain fruit and nut ones. It is a splurge but I really love them and one is more than enough to fill me up.

Would French Toast work? Amost NO carb french toast?
What you need:
Mexican frying cheese. Queso Blanco or Questo Panella
Butter
Cinamon
Sugar Free Syrup
Splenda
Slice the cheese into 1/8-1/4 inch strips.
Fry in pretty hot butter (an 8 out of 10 on my stove top****il dark brown and flip.
Sprinkle with cinamon and splenda.
Top with SF syrup or dip in it.
The only carbs are from the SF Syrup and you don't need to use very much at all of it.
SO GOOD.
