Possible Kidney Infection

 I have been having a lot of back discomfort since last night.  I have had kidney infections prior to RNY so I know how they feel.  What can we take for them?  I used to drink Cranberry Juice by my nut says no juices after the first week out.  I'm having a lot of discomfort and don't want to end up in the hospital as I did the last time I had one.  Please help.

However, I wouldn't mess with a kidney infection. They can go bad pretty quick. You should see a doctor and see if you need an antibiotic.
