I tried the Jay Robb powder in some milk and it was really nice.  I'd drink it even if I didn't have to.  I got it at the vitamin shop.

Another good protein supplement- Power Pak Protein Pudding. Expensive, but filling, pretty tasty and easy to get down. Ready made in a can, therefore portable, 30 gms protein and 190 calories.

Hey Anne,

Out of curiosity, I wonder if you put protein powder in a pudding cup how it would taste? Well, I guess it might not taste that good by the time you put enough protein in to equal 30 grms. Just a thought. Thanks for the info.

Hey Brenda,

I've got one week to go!  I see Dr. M. this morning for my pre-op appt.  I had an endoscopy done yesterday.  Had some polyps and redness in my stomach. (which was a surprise to me)  They put me on a month of anti-biotics, but said it wouldn't interfere with the surgery date.
