Off to a good start. You may want to re-think dinner. Those are all good choices but that's a lot of solid food for your first day. Have you had yogurt yet? and, remember you cn't replace all of your liquid protein at this stage because you won't get in enough protein. Take it slow. You can always add more food later. :)
Yeah, I may not eat all that. The nut even said don't force yourself. I'll see how it goes. I've been eating greek yogurt but wasn't planning on it today because of the other stuff I'm eating. (other than a tsp to take a crushed pill I have to start on now.
I'm still planning on the two shakes a day. I concentrated them into 4 oz of unsweetened almond milk as I was getting a bit fed up with the big glasses of the stuff.
