Hi All,

Here is a link about my journey from 365 pound man to IRONMAN. I finished up the Louisville Ironman this past August. OH, in partuclar the E&F forum, has played a HUGE role in my life.

OMG I watched it 3 times ...CONGRATULATIONS ... what an awesome journey... what a lovely family ... and what and AWESOME TRANSFORMATION FOR EVERYMAN TO IRONMAN ... oh I am soooooooooooooooooooo inspired .... I want to do an ironman too ... how ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
