Hey all, I am a long ago big user of OH when I first got my band 6 or 7 years ago. Tuesday I had to revise to sleeve due to complications. Lost 160, gained about 45 back, and the doctor strongly recommended I not just remove the band but go sleeve..

super sunday workouts - Needed a long run, but with the lousy weather here, did 45 minutes on the stair machine, about 5 miles, and 6 miles on the tm with some nice elevation, in 60 minutes. Good workout...

Sunday Sweating Workouts! - 10 miles in 1:36, using 1 mile intervals all around 8:30 miles, with .1-.2 rests to get the HR under 120. Used lots of elevation to simulate hills too. Great workout.
