I'M SO EXCITED

I finally got through my stall and lost a pd.  I have been in one for over a week.  I hope it just keeps going this time.  I was so excited when I stepped onto scales.  Finally. That dreaded three week stall.  Hope everyone had a good week.  I am really starting to enjoy my sleeve more and more. No more asking what have I done. I went to mcdonalds last night because my daughter, sister and her two girls were starving.  We were at walmart and they have one there.  I was so proud of myself I went back and got a greek yogurt and ate that.  It was so good the smell of french fries kinda made me say yuck.  Thank you sleeve. It is so great to have the feeling of oh that would be so grose if I ate it. It would taste awful.  I love it.  This has been the best decision of my life.  No sweet cravings even the monthly cravings are gone. LOL. For the ones bouncing back and forth on doing this. It is hard the first couple weeks with emotions and so on but 3-4 weeks out it is absolutely awesome.
