surgery

I have to add this to the earlier post.....
I would never never, never try to talk anyone into having surgery.Everyone that is thinking about doing it should do it for themselves 1st any other reason 2nd. It is a big step that takes alot of research and soul searching to decide if it's right for you If any one comes with questions I would be more than happy to answer.
BUT THE CHOICE IS YOURS AND YOURS ALONE.
If my youngest sister wants to talk she knows she can call me anytime. But I will not tell her what to do.

I can't imagine anyone talking anyone else into WLS. I also don't know anyone that would do something like that. 

What I WOULD do is make sure they know there are very different surgeries, with different success rates and requirements so that they can make and INFORMED choice. I know lots of folks that will do that, because some of the uninformed people I see posting here, that have already had surgery based on manufacturer or surgeon propaganda, is a daily reminder that we need to be educated about this.
