Protein Shakes

I loved the protein shakes I made with the protein powder I got from Wal Mart.
After surgery I could not bear them.  This morning I used the Unjury unflavored in a cup of suger free hot chocolate and the difference is amazing.  Who'd a thunk there was such a difference?  I don't know which of you informed about the Unjury but thank you, thank you.  I was not sure how I was going to get the protein in but no worry right now.
Wrinkled was not one of the things I wanted to be when I got older.

I'm glad you found a protein you like!

Two other great protein powders are:

1) Champion Pure Whey Stack in Chocolate from AllStarHealth.com; and
2) Chike in any flavor, from ChikeNutrition.com

Chike doesn't have as much protein as Champion, but it the best tasting protein powder ever!

If folks are looking for a great recipe for protein shakes, Lori's coffee shakes are great. Here's the how-to:

Thank you very much.  I was beginning to get worried about protein intake.
Wrinkled was not one of the things I wanted to be when I got older.
