Wow - holy censorship batman!

Only a couple of hours ago there were a dozen outraged threads about the Facebook issue. Now they are all gone, but the cheery "You have my permission" thread about the same issue remains. Selective censorship, much?

People are being put on moderation.

Check the Rants and Raves Forum. I found a few of them had been moved over there. It is supposedly "unmoderated".

Now I'm really confused, but that is where I just saw some of them.

Why should they be moved? They don't move RNY specific posts to the RNY board.

It was actually pretty smart for them to open up the Rants and Raves again - to have a place to stash stuff they don't like.

No idea why they were moved.  But here is the link to the one I found.  (I only found it by looking up my recent posts - I was participating in the discussion and instead of taking me back to what I thought was on the main board it had moved the thread to R&R)

Pat-I tried to delete the thread, since it seemed to bother you, but it won't let me. there doesn't seem to be a 'delte" button. Maybe it's an R & R thing..dunno..

It's not the thread that bothers me, it's the selective moving of threads that offends me.

Pat-well-if it makes you feel any better-I got one of those "moderation" letters too-my first-in over 10 years..Not sure how I feel about that yet
