Anybody from the Richmond/Fort Lee, VA area, I need help.....

finding a good PCM/Primary Care Manager/Family Physician!
My husband and I will be moving to the Fort Lee, VA area in April and I am trying to find a Dr. that will not judge people/patients by their weight, has good bedside manners, is friendly, understanding, listens and has a sense of humor. 
It sure would be wonderful if somebody could help me in this matter! I really would appreciate it, Thank you so much for your help ahead of time!
I had my Lap. Gastric Bypass last year at Fort Lewis, WA and I am doing great but I have a question for the people who had the surgery 1 or 2 yrs ago, did you hit a plateau with your weight about 9 to 12 months out?
I am 9 months out and it looks like I am stuck at 175 which is frustrating to me. I work out, I eat healthy (still don't really like meat) but it does not seem to come down. Any ideas? Thank you again!
