Where is the best place to get ADEK from that’s not to badly priced?

If you are having the DS, you should probably skip the ADEK and go for individual vites, as you will likely be changing doses of every later, based on your labs. I would hit vitalady.com to get started on what you actually need out of the gate.

Order the DS starter pack from vitalady.com. That is the most highly recommended way to start this journey. Then as you are getting your full labs done every 3 months for the first year, you can adjust up or down based on your levels. Make sure you are posting on the DS forum as well. Vites are pricey and are a part of your life forever. Who is your surgeon? I had Dr. Buchwald at the U.

Yes, she is really that good!  She has what we, as DSers, need and in the doses we need.  Order the DS starter pack and then you can adjust as your labs tell you to.

Hey Jules

Another vote here for vitalady. She has the doses that we as DSers need. I've been on her regimine for 3 years and have great labs. ADEKs don't have nearly enough of what we need. Good luck!
