OT.........Any Leap Year babies in the house?

First, I just want to say Happy Birthday!

And second, I am just curious......

On the years when it is not Leap Year, when do you celebrate your birthday; Feb. 28, or March 1?

Do you see the glass as half empty or half full? I say, what difference does it make--I paid for a full glass,so either way I am getting jipped!!!
