Bounceback often happens at about month 30.  There is a therory that the intestines learn how to absorb calories more efficently at about that time.  I had bounceback, I finally managed to lose it.  I lost it when I cut down a lot on my eating.  No treats, crackers, breads, no white foods, less meats, more vegetables.  It took time, but I got back to goal and am now maintaining easily.

Thank you all for your responses. Yes I got slack on my eating. Junk just seemed to sit bettter. But now I am doing much better. I am AWARE of EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth. My liquid calories are what were killing me. I love SWEET TEA. It is the death of me. So crystal light and water and unsweet tea with splenda and lemon is becoming my new go to drink.
