I was at a stall for 3 weeks and I even gained 5 lbs. bringing me up to 253. Well I got on the scale this morning and I am proud to say, I am 247. I have been tracking ,my food for the past 5 days and keeping my protein up and carbs between 30 and 50 grams. NO SUGAR!! THAT IS THE ENEMY!!

Congratulations!!!  A stall, especially early out, is just the worst.  It can be so disheartening.  I had a three-week stall at about 6 weeks out.  It actually made me really grateful for my sleeve, because without the sleeve I would have given up and gone back to my old ways.

Way to get through your stall!!  Celebrate this victory (in a non-caloric manner, of course ;) )

Her profile says she wrote a book and her name (first name) is the same as the author.  So, I'd say yep.  She's the one.

WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo for you.

It sometimes takes a bit to jump off the plateau, but it is so worth it to track your meals and snacks and figure out what you might be doing wrong.

Keep up the good work.  Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Hawwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
