Sensa - anyone try it before or after surgery?
Sure, I've ordered it but I could taste what they were using in it. I honestly couldn't remember to use before I started to eat or I remember just after I had dinner.
However, I do currently use the Sensa Chews to stop my grazing, all I need is one chew and it works for me about 3 to 4 hours. I use it now mid-day and after my evening snack.

I was going to TRY it as desperate times call for desperate measures...........so I spent 45 min on the phone trying to Order this FREE sensation for a "trial" .......when they wanted my credit card - I HUNG UP........IT PISSED ME OFF !!
