abdominal pain during pregnancy???

Has anyone experienced severve abdominal pain while pregnant? I am 6 years post opp and with each of my pregnancies at around 25 weeks I start having severe intestinal pain. Wakes me up at night... worse than my actual labor? Anyone??? What did you do to help it???

I had terrible gas and constipation with my pregnancies.  I remember going to the emergency room with my first because of the pain.  Turned out to be constipation.  They told me to use Metamucil.
I had a c sec with my first and with the next pregnancy I had terrible pain.  Turned out to be scar tissue stretching.  I could tell the difference between pain and pregnancy pain that I should be concerned with, like uterine pain or contractions so I wasn't terribly worried, just uncomfortable.
