how do i get my ticker to move with weight loss lol

I just joined the site and was setting up my ticker to show weight loss but cant get the icon to move with the 40 pounds ive lost so far any pointers for the newbie?

For some reason it is not automatically updating mine either.  I have to delete the ticker completely (both from signature  and ticker tabs) and then recreate it from scratch and reinsert in my signature.

 above at the top click MY ACCOUNT 

under the green word SETTINGS click the tab that says  Health Tracker, to the right a little is a blue link that says "go to health tracker"

once you click that a little chart will come up. under body you enter your weight and click SET  then click Save 

then in order to see the update i have to go to my Profile and refresh 1-2 times until it updates. once it updates on your profile it should update in your signature as well.
