Today my great niece and her Mom are coming to visit for the first time. Since losing 87 pounds I am more comfortable with being out and we are going to see 2 shows here in Vegas. I will be able to walk more and not be out of breath and miserable. I am so excited to see Ava (she is 4) and enjoy making memories for her and I. I am so excited and have wanted this for so long! A dream coming true in about 3 hours!

Wow, that sounds like fun!  I know how you feel - I went to Disneyworld several times before surgery and the walking was definitely taxing.  I went again after surgery and 50 lbs. lighter, and it was amazing.

Congrats on your weight loss.  I have lost 89 lbs. so I know what you mean about the ability to walk more and not be out of breath.  I would also have lower back pain if I stood or walked for about 4 minutes.  NOT ANY MORE!
