Why don't they just tell you to drink the bottles of liquid protein?? I have been choking my brain on those shakes!

So it's a pre-made drink? Is it flavored? Where did you get it? Sorry so many questions. My surgery is in 2 weeks.

Surgery weight: 232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height: 5'5" Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

yeah it comes in fruit punch and it is sold at Walmart! I'm sure that because it is a liquid it probably doesn't last long in the stomach to absorb but it is great to mix with a drink or alone to get what ever benifits it does offer it is only $1.49 each so why not. I say!

If its those protein shots then they are the wrong type of protein. They have some whey protein in them but mostly depend on collagen. We don't absorb that type of protein very well. It may be 26 grams of protein but you will probably not absorb most of it.

If its something else, well them i'm open minded about it.

Met my first goal, met my second goal, met my surgeons goal. Now I have a new goal!
