how do make one of my pictures my avatar

 I am feeling a little website iliterate. I have been able to upload a few pictures of myself however I dont see where I can use one of the pictures I have uploaded to be my avatar. I keep seeing such adorable profile pages and I have no idea how to make mine cute.. Help????!!!!

Where it says something about setting avatar size, choose 100 instead of the default 200 they have. Save it to your computer, go to My OH, manage avatar... and you gotzyerself an avatar! 

Click the "my account" at the top of the page, when you are in your account, on the left hand side is an option to change avatar.  The picture you choose must be 100x100 pixels and absolutely no larger or it will not upload.  You can resize the picture with any photo resizing software, I think even Facebook has this ability.
