One Year Update

So its been awhile but I thought I would show back up and post my 1 year (and 2 weeks update). So far I have lost about 140 pounds (started at 342 and am 202.5). I really wanted to be in onederville but oh well. I was (and somewhat still am worried about getting to goal- and don't ask me what that is because its a moving target). Interestingly enough my surgeon has advised me not to go under 160 pounds before plastics. (And idea how much you can lose with plastics- i have a LOT of redundant skin). Even more interestingly is my rate of weight loss is faster the second six months rather than the first six months (note I am a band revision). Can anyone comment on expected weight loss after the first year? I've shrunk about an inch down to 5'6". I do low carb and exercise 3 times a week. I have recently had problems with my blood pressure being too low but other than that I have no complaints. I really want to think all of the vets for putting up with my a$$. Being a newbie ain't easy. And I am sure there are others I have forgotten to mention. Let me know how each of you is doing!
