Curiosity Question
I recommend a grown up vitamin with 100% of the RDA of stuff, as recommended by the ASMBS. Flintstones are not adequate for any adult with WLS.
If you want chewables, contact Celebrate and Bariatric Advantage for samples. Centrum also makes a chewable adult multi.

I use Bariatric Advantage. Not only are they palatable, but it's my understanding that they are a higher grade vitamin. While they are pricier than the drug store variety, I like the fact that there is no guess work and I'm getting a good quality vitamin. The taste is also pretty good. No vitamin taste.
Have you had any bloodwork done lately? If not, you need to get a full nutritional panel to see where you're low. Being on Flintstones this long, I'm expecting some serious changes to be in order for you. At the very minimum, you should be taking
Centrum (or generic equivalent)
1500 mg Calcium Citrate
Vitalady tender iron
B12
Dry D
Dry A
Zinc
Coper
