First Visit with my Surgeon!

Had my first surgeon visit today! Dr. Rashid was so nice and she made me feel
comfortable immediately. I have a list of things to get done including a 6 month dr supervised diet, that one kinda bummed me out a little.

All in all, a good start

It will go so fast ......   Its been a year since I started my journey and found out my insurance doesnt pay for it , so been saving money about to have my surgery hopefully sept...... One small step one for a happier you

 It will pass quickly.  Take it one day at a time and try not to stress.

Six months will go by fast! I have to do the 6 month diet because of my insurance but January will be here before you know!! A NEW YEAR..A NEW YOU!!!! Look at it like that!!!

Oh. yeah, i scheduled my appt with the nutritionist today, one more down!
