I have a web site I've had active since 1998. I just did a quick check on Google, and found many unwarranted complaints. I was wondering if anyone had expereince on getting rid of unwarranted or resolved complaints? It appears to be 3-4 people with info replicated on several boards. PM's welcomed too about this issue. Thanks. DAVE

reputation.com is the new name for reputationdefender.com . That name change was done due to a LOT of complaints, no refunds, not doing as promised, etc. I've been doing some research on this topic, but I thought someone here may have had an issue.  These services are not cheap either, they usaully start at $2500+ for the first month and around $1500+ per month after that, with no long term contract.  Those rates may be a bargain for a fortune 500 company, but those prices are very expensive for me.
