Good Protein Day / Ricotta Bake Question

 Monday will mark 2 weeks since my surgery.  Today was the first day that I got in the goal of 60 g of protein.  Yay!  It has been such a struggle since the whey protein makes me sick at my tummy.  I found Jay Robb's Egg White Protein powder and although it isn't just OMG, I have to have it good, it is SO SO SO much better than the Whey ones I have been drinking.  So here is a thankful post that I found something that is working better for me!

Quick question, Eggface shared a link to her Ricotta Bake...oh it sounds so yummy!  It is listed under the "Puree" section on her blog.  Will that work for the puree stage...or do I need to puree it after I make it to make it safe?  I start puree's on Tuesday!  Thanks for your help!

I have also lost between 19-20 pounds.  Yay!

No, it is fine the way it is.  I made my own version with 1/2 cup ricotta, 1/4 cup sugar free spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup shredded mozarella and I put it in the microwave for a minute or so.  Just a lot easier for me and I like the taste better.
