Was googling about stalls after weight loss surgery & ran into this which I think is pretty insightful.

Yeah, too bad the person who wrote it is no longer a member here.

So many of the DS vets are no longer here not by choice.

That is a great article, by a very knowledgeable DS vet. So often you see bogus information, posted by self appointed experts, on OH that actually spreads misinformation. Well this article is written by a DS vet who has a PhD in biochemistry from one of the top universities in the country. We're talking a REAL degree here. It is a real disservice to the WLS community that she has been baned from this site. It would be great if the folks who run OH could put WLS patients first and stop the rediculous sensorship, moderation and banning that has led to the recent downfall of this site.

OH has run off most if the knowledgeable vets that used to be here.  You would think that they could see how the whole site has gone downhill since then.  Maybe on-line degrees don't emphasize "doing the math".

Very strange, your post does not appear on the reply count and you don't show up as the last poster on this thread.  What's up with that?

I've been on super-secret two-week moderation since late December of '11 so I don't really COUNT. (*grin*)
