Hi.  I am new to the WLS journey (pre-op) and to this website.  I would love to visit with someone that is going thru this or has already gone thru this.  Anyone willing to befriend me?  LOL   By the way, I am from Oklahoma and am using Dr Luis Gorospe.   Thanks

I am  geting the  VGS on Monday. I am  relatively  new to the  site too. You can  friend me if you like.  What  surgery are you thinking about? I am a  Canadian Girl, British Columbia.

If everything checks out, I am having the RNy.  Hopefully it will be before the end of the year.  I bet you are counting the days until Monday.  I will be keeping a good thought for you.  I have sent you a friend request, so I look forward to following your progress.

I am 17 days post op from lap RNY surgery and I feel great!  This journey has been really wild and wonderful and scary and fabulous for me.  Feel free to friend me.  I am happy to share what I know and be supportive.  These forums have really helped me.
