Canned chicken versus rotisserie chicken

I am in stage 2.  I can have tuna fish or chicken.  I don't like tuna fish mush.

Is one the following (canned chicken versus rotisserie chicken) moister than the other if I am adding low fat mayo to it?

Can rotisserie chicken be frozen?

Really want to eat new foods off the list for stage 2, but I do not want to get sick like I did off the oatmeal I ate.

Thanks.

I am a chicken lover & ate rotisserie chicken all the time pre op. Post op I started with the canned because I tried the rotisserie & got the foamies. Not fun! Chicken
just doesn't sit the same. I found low sodium chicken & it sits well with mayo!

Rotisserie chicken can be frozen I would cut it off the bones though!
Hope this helps!

The canned is much moister and easier on a new pre op tummy! I'd wait for the rotisserie for awhile.

I am on stage 2 also, I would probably wait with the rotisserie and stay with the canned. I did buy some chicken salad from the deli the other day and it went down very well. I am a little afraid to try plain chicken.
