hernia?

I go to see my surgeon tomorrow.  I am wondering if i may have a hernia..i had RNY may 2009 and a panni 1 year later.  I have a bulge on my panni surgery site about the size of lime-lemon size, not any pain really...looks kind of strange.  Has anyone had a hernia that far out? if so, what should i expect from it? My weight has stayed basicly the same 142-150 give or take, down from 268...worring abut my appointment tomorrow
