Whats on the menu for Thanksgiving? Traditions?

I am the youngest of 8 children, so when we all get together on the Holidays it is a madhouse!!   Like 40 to 50 people.  We all go to  moms (she is 82 now) and bring food.   SOOOO much food it is ridiculous!!  And always way to much and tons of left overs.   I always make the green bean casserole and I have some cheese spread and crackers to take.   I am planning on having some dark meat turkey with gravy and a small scoop of my GBC.
