Potassium and liver blood work

Got blood drawn at primary DR. Called today, said potassium and something starting with c are out if whack, and liver is elevated. Have to go to surgeon on Monday.

Your liver is being strained now that you're starting rapid weight loss.  This is to be expected (and why you shouldn't have alchohol during this period).  Potassium and whatever starts with C needs to be addressed.  

This might or might not help for your potassium, I eat ½ banana in the AM and ½ banana in the PM every day, keeps the leg cramps away and my potassium normal, some people might need to add supplement but your doctor will help you with that.
