I have had some health issues. I have parahypothyroidism, and pagets disease. I have gained back 45 - 50 pounds. I need to find a support group in Lima, OH.

I can't help you in Lima, OH but we do have a "Back on Track Together" group here on the board for support for regain and trying to get it back off again. Come on over and join us there.
