ok so you are saying you lost 26 lbs the first 2 weeks then nothing for 1 week that sounds right on track  to me as your body jumps around trying to decide what is going on... just do what you know you should be doing and it will happen, take care, Debi

Walk away from the scales.  You are right on track.  My doctor told me not to weigh until I came back to his office at 4 weeks.  I didn't and I did not have any scale stress.  I had lost 28 lbs. in 4 weeks and was so thrilled.

Watching the scale to close can effect your morale. As longer as your following the rules, and your allow for your bodies adjustments ......it will all works out.

Yep, it's the dreaded stall. It happened to me during my rny and now it's happening with my revision, too. ((hugs)) It shall pass, just keep doing what you're doing.

I'm in the same boat as you lady. I'm 3 weeks today and in the last week I have lost only 1.2 lbs. I went from super fast weight loss to hardly any, but I saw my surgeon yesterday and he said that is normal, not to worry. It will speed up again. Whew!

12 lbs. was pre-surgery weight loss

I had a two week stall post op...and it sucked! Luckily it lasted a week and a half and then suddenly I started to lose again. Don't stress out about it, it happens to everyone. While were not losing pounds were losing inches. Stay off the scale if you can and try to get enough water and protein as you can. You will start to lose again I promise!

You don't need to be frustrated just stay cool,Sometimes we couldn't  make the proper plans for our diet and exercise we are eating a lot and exercising at the same time than it doesn't make sense.

Firstly make your diet plan avoid all fats junk food or fast food.Eat vegetables and fruits surely you won't be frustrated again.
