- 13 grams of carbs, but only 2 grams of protein??? VERY bad choice, especially this early out. You need to be watching ALL carbs, not just sugar.
I'm not really sure as to exactly what stage rice is in when it's made into pudding, but yes, it is a dense carb and most rice tends to swell in you gut when you eat it. I'd go with the basic chocolate, vanilla, or butterscotch sugar free pudding instead or rice or bread pudding.
