Another month has passed and the weight has definitely slowed.  Only 4 pounds this month but I will take 1 pound a week.  I have 11 to go to my goal and surpassed the doctor's goal already.  Life is so much different and enjoyable.  Able to walk, and get up with ease, not thinking about it at all.  I enjoy greatly being able to take a bath and getting up from the tub without concern or the added strain on my knees,  I still have health issues but my quality of life has improved ten fold. Happy to be me, and meeting people again without worry of what they think of me.  I have again found personal pride and feeling of accomplishment! The next 11 pounds are critical to me, although I feel good about myself, I need to do this for ME.

Congrats to all who have joined the loser's bench recently, it is well worth the efforts and some frustration at times.

I bought a dog stroller with my birthday money last September.  I walk with my Bella every day in the 100 degree heat and high winds lately hear in Vegas.  We walk about 40 minutes every day and this has been daily exercise since around 10/1/12.  She enjoys our stroll and I have met so many neighbors and kids living in our community.  It has added so much to my life both socially and physically.  Plus as a side note I have found $30.00 since walking...lol another 75 and the stroller has paid for itself.  If I get bored I can always talk with my Bella, lol!
