protein shake makes me dizzy

hey, So I'm pre op (still waiting to be approved) so i decided to buy a couple of meal replacement shakes from bariatric advantage to see if they are good,So about half way through the iced latte one i started feeling dizzy and kind of jittery and it feels like my heart is beating faster than before i drank it. Has this happened to anyone else, is it normal

Some of the drinks have a good amount of caffiene in them that would cause the feelings you are having.

Check the sugar content too. Many of us are sensitive to the amount of sugar if we don't eat it a lot. Try another brand or

another type.

I have been using the Ensure products with great taste and no side effects, actually they are pretty satisfying.
