I found regular prunes to be most effective and have no warning labels. everyday a few baby prunes i go every other day sometimes everyday. I hope you feel better Muralax actually didn't work very well for me. Your doing great 55# down in six weeks!! Awesome!

Prunes have carbs and are mostly sugar..not something needed after WLS.

I am allowed to eat them though per my surgeon. My sugar levels get too low. I prefer natural to others that can make it worse.

I know what you mean. I am 5 weeks out, and I have a very hard time eating, drinking, and getting a shake or two in - the waiting time between drinking and eating kills me a little bit. But, if this is what it takes, I will get used to it - ONWARD AND UPWARD (in hydration, that is)!

I have this problem also. I'm four weeks out and the last two weeks have stayed the same weight and feel bloated. my doctor said us maralax. I'm trying it and i sip all day and don't get enough water either. I'm 32 lbs down but feel upset by this stand still, trying to stay positive.
