Cravings for? If it's chocolate can you do a SF Cocoa or Chocolate Protein Shake. Salty? 8 days... hmmm Greek Yogurt with some pesto sauce mixed or herb blend.
or just get busy... make a list of all the things you want to do when you start losing. Clean something... organize a junk drawer. Here's 48 more ideas...
